Sheraz Kashif serves as Group Chief Operating Officer of Uqab Corporation, where he oversees operations across the company’s business verticals. He brings over 28 years of international experience across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
He brings leadership exposure across energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, and financial services. Sheraz holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and is professionally certified by CIPS, with executive programs at Harvard and MIT.
Awais Nazir
Group Chief Financial Officer
Awais Nazir serves as Group Chief Financial Officer, leading finance, treasury, investment, and strategic planning. He brings over 25 years of international experience.
He has held leadership roles at Microsoft, Philips, and Rogers. Prior to Uqab, he served as CFO at OSOL Tech and led group financial planning at Fatima Group. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
Maajid Mushtaq Madni
Head of Global Investments & Strategic Ventures
Maajid leads global financing and strategic ventures, focusing on investment structuring, capital markets, and cross border transactions.
He brings over 28 years of experience across Islamic and conventional finance. He has executed transactions exceeding US$ 50 billion and held senior roles at HSBC, Standard Chartered, UBS, and American Express Bank.
Omar Hassan Janjua
Head of Human Resources
Omar leads the human resources function, focusing on building aligned, high performing teams. He brings over 20 years of experience across FMCG and telecoms.
He has worked with global organizations including Nestlé and Coca-Cola. He is certified in organizational design and executive coaching, working closely with leadership to strengthen culture and capability.
Dr. Atif Majeed
Head of Agribusiness
Dr. Atif Majeed leads the development of the company’s agriculture platform. He brings over 17 years of experience in agronomy and large scale project execution.
His background combines technical expertise with business leadership, supported by a PhD in Agronomy and an Executive MBA. He oversees initiatives across farming, agri-inputs, and mechanization.
Usama Liaquat

Usama leads investment strategy, project structuring, and capital deployment. He brings over 12 years of experience in investment management and project finance.
